Li-teh Hsu, Chairman
Dr. Hsu was one of the chief architects of major monetary and economic policy in Taiwan during his 30 years of service in government posts. He was instrumental in the modernization and internationalization of local capital markets, the development of local high-tech enterprises, and the introduction of venture investments. With extensive connections in industry, government, and academia, Dr. Hsu is one of the few competent leaders with outstanding track records in both politics and the business world. Dr. Hsu holds an M.A from Harvard University and a honorary Ph.D. from University of Victoria, Canada.

Jessica Wu, President
With nineteen years of experience in investment banking, Ms. Wu is credited with many successful merger and acquisition projects, initial public offerings and debt issues for government, and private companies and organizations, as well as general financial advisory assignments and financing of industrial and infrastructure projects in both Taiwan and China. During her tenure at Global Financial Services, she was responsible for the structuring and financing of the Taiwan North South High Speed Rail Project, which successfully reached financial close for a NT$300 billion 20-year debt facility, setting a record for the financing of a greenfield project anywhere in the world. Ms. Wu holds an M.A. in Economics from Indiana University.

Thomas Teng, Vice President
Mr. Teng has twelve years of experience in the banking and private investment sector. While at CDIB & Partners, he was responsible for investment opportunities in optoelectronic, semiconductor, and electronics industries in Taiwan, Korea, and the U.S.¡X He also made a hit in investing in KEBCS, a Korean- based credit card company which was severely undervalue in the wake of Asian finanual crisis, and resulted an US$30 million profit. Mr. Teng has a MSME degree from National Chiao Tung University and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from National Taiwan University, as well as an MBA degree from the University of Southern California.

Allen Chen, Assistant Vice President
Mr. Chen has more than 12 years of experience in R&D and investment. He has extensive experience in the analysis of IT industry trends and investment/financial management, investment project case study, IC design, and computer network administration. He is particularly strong in the network communications fields, and has successfully invested in projects such as for Loop Telecommunication and Peace System. Mr. Chen holds an MSEE from National Cheng Kung University.

Vincent Wei, Assistant Vice President
Mr. Wei has more than 8 years of experience in business management and direct investment. While in the investment department at SESODA Corporation, he evaluated projects in the optoelectronics, wireless communications, and semiconductor industries. Mr. Wei has an MBA from National Sun-Yat Sen University and a bachelor's degree in electronics from National Chiao Tung University.

Cliff Lin, Manager
Mr. Lin as seven years of experience in the marketing, sales, customer service, and quality control departments at the world's largest semiconductor equipment vendor, Applied Materials. Mr. Lin has two MBA degrees, from the University of Southern California and National Taiwan University, as well as a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the latter institution.
